I would like to take this opportunity of thanking everyone for there good wishes, Very Old and trusted comrades and new friends made through the changes in my life, I am again out of the hospital< i have received a pain killing injection into a couple of areas of my spine, this was done under X Ray by a man i can only class as both skillful & caring. Next steps are to carry on with the codeine & dizapan until 3rd July when I will undergo a full MRI to see the extent of the damage and what needs to be sliced , diced, glued or welded to make life passable and to get me back to work with a new job I miss and a lot of friends i miss. For your thoughts & kind words I thank you all, To my adopted family remember i do accept sympathy presents.
