I would like to take time to wish much success to all of our members that are competing in this weekends Heartland Classic Bodybuilding and Figure Championships: May 17, 2014 at Millard West High School 5710 So. 176th ave. Omaha, NE 68125. The prejudging is at 9am and the evening show is at 5pm. You all have put in a tremendous amount of work and dedication to your sport and regardless of your what place you come in, you all are CHAMPIONS in my book and should be very proud of yourselves.
