I would like to thank Daphne Ortiz, who originally asked me to run this community page and is the pages silent partner co-admin, for volunteering to moderate the page. I also think I have to take a step back and read and respond to posts less frequently - I will work to be as responsive to questions as much as possible, but it will help if you send questions to which you really wish a reply as a FB email rather than a simple comment on a post. Please still post (respectful) comments, but I may be less responsive to those in future. I hope its now clear that my motivation in writing my original posts was the negativity on this page, not from certain community members in general (I assure you, historically there have been far worse internecine altercations in the anti-cap community - in real life and real time!). I appreciate the pep talks from everyone (and I truly thank you all for your kind words), but they really werent necessary ;-). I have been at this a long time and I dont intend to drop the ball so close to the finish line (of the campaign and of my career, for that matter!). My feelings of dismay were about what was happening on this FB page and nothing more. That said, lets move on.
