I would like to thank all the people that have given such good reviews on our facebook page. We do try very hard to give you the best care and service that we can and if anybody is unhappy they can contact me directly at any time via my mobile. We have over a 100 ratings on facebook but only 3 google reviews.Two from over 3 years ago with 5* but no comments and 1 absolutely terrible review 2 months ago [only just read it]. I have copied this review to the end of this post. I apologise for this persons bad experience at the surgery and am contacting them to discuss what went wrong .Our promise to see any sick pet the same day sometimes does mean that our waiting times can be more than we like but we do try to select out any distressed pet or owner to jump the queue. If you think this review does not give an accurate description of what we do ,I would be grateful if you would post your own review on google. If you search Vets in Spalding in your search engine and then scroll down to where you see google reviews under Alder Vets. Click on google reviews. You need a gmail account to make a review or you can easily create one as you progress the review. The poor review follows :Milene Vaz 2 months ago- I was appalled by the treatment i received in this veterinary practice. Absolutely disgraceful. I was left waiting for 1 hour for my dog to be seen by a vet (and holding my toddler on the other arm) then i asked the receptionist who simply ignored me (and my situation) and put me to wait in an empty consultation room standing there and waiting for someone to show up (and obviously nobody showed up to see my dog). I ended up leaving and was completely outraged and feeling helpless. It completely ruined my whole day and i would NOT recommend this vet practice to my worst enemy.
