I would like to thank everyone who has taken the precious time out of their day to wish me a happy birthday. Thank you so very much :) I had an absolutely wonderful day...like seriously. I do not need a party, a night out or any presents; simply spending time with the people in my life that appreciate me was all that I needed. Many times people are concerned with having a lot of friends, but I am grateful for the FEW people in my life that stick around through it all. First I want to thank Salvador, Manny, Andrew, and Johnny for banging on my dorm at midnight singing happy birthday to me with a giant ice cream cake (with my favorite flavor, VANILLA) which was a total surprise and started my birthday off with a bang! Thanks to my wonderful roomie Jennifer for the awesome birthday hugs! Second, thanks to Ajay and Johnny for starting to sing happy birthday to me in the DC super loud haha and thanks to all of the other Bobcats in the DC that joined in wishing me a happy birthday :,) I smiled like an idiot the whole time! Third thank you to Daniel for totally making me blush the entire time in lecture and for his sweet comments. Fourth, thank you to my new freshman friend Mario who went out of his way to surprise me with a strawberry chocolate mousse cake for my birthday; I was very flattered. Fifth, thank you to my beautiful friend Rebecca for my unexpected birthday present! She brought me 3 different types of lotions (which are dead sea products) ALL THE WAY FROM HER TRIP TO ISRAEL! She also brought me some olive oil from the holy land of Bethlehem, Earth from Bethlehem, Holy water from the Jordan River, and Holy incense from Bethlehem. It also came with a super card that says "With Blessings from Jerusalem, the Holy land." Sixth thanks to my mom Sherry and all of my other family that sent me love all the way from the bay. Lastly, thank you to everyone who said happy birthday around campus and gave me lovely hugs! Oh and I finally got my official UC Merced business cards as a senator ;) But seriously, I have been blessed with some amazing people in my life. Thanks for my making my 19th birthday the most memorable.
