I would like to update a video to show what we are doing now. Some backers want to see some pictures of assembling and testing. Photo is easy to PS, so I recorded a video to show you the most real process. But we need to testing, assembling and shipping one by one. It takes time. We do not want to release any low quality product. Every CASE Remote will be tested several times only for quality control purpose (it is not development testing). We will ship out all CASE Remote based on the order time of your contribution, and we will ship out one once we assemblied and tested one. I think it is fair for all backers. What we can do: Check every parts and CASE Remote to make sure the quality is good, Double check shipping addresses and makes sure no mistake, Send you a reminder email with tracking number after shipping, Answer every question via email, promise quick response. What we cannot do: Promise you receive CASE Remote tomorrow. But we will try our best to ship it to you as soon as possible. Our shipping and processing team is limited. Our budget cannot allow recruiting more. I will join them after recording this video. After shipping out all CASE Remote, we will think about increase our fabrication and shipping rate, we promise.
