I would like to welcome everyone to the all new Valley Relics Group page. This is an extension of our Valley Relics Facebook page. A lot of our members were complaining that they were no longer seeing posts and photos from our Facebook page nor were they seeing the events posts notifying them of the going ons at the museum such as, the Charles Phoenix vintage slideshow, custom car shows, meet and greets, neighborhood council meetings, The National Day of The Cowboy event and the One Act Play. A lot of our members missed out due to Facebook and its filtering. This is why I started this group. This group page will alert all of you that have signed up for this page about upcoming events, history tid-bits, vintage photos and much more. We will continue to stay focused on the history and memories of the San Fernando Valley. We encourage everyone to post photos of backyard Bbq photos, family photos, christmas photos, childhood photos or even photos of you and your Stingray bicycle! We always love history posts pertaining to the valley as well! There are plenty of other groups with tons of different subjects on Facebook where you can post but I believe the SFV deserves a group page dedicated to the San Fernando Valley and its rich history.
