I would like two bring out about what is said about the Church in the Word of God. I will try two bring out that the Church got together in a barn as well is peoples homes and that is certainly not a temple or a building like we worship in two day but remember that we need a place were the people of God that is the saints can get together. That would also be a place were sinners can enter so that they can become one of the temples of God That they would be able two be born again and become a member of Gods Church that Jesus is the head of. There was one thing that brings out how the Church functions and is not a building that Jesus spoke of and I will put down this passage of scriptures if you care two read it. This also shows how things should be done within the Church and it seems that it is not a practice that is used two day from what ever one talks about in all the denomanitions. We also at the beginning of the Church have the following passage of scriptures that tells us that they had there was great persecution against the church. Then note that they were scattered abroad and it is for sure that was not talking about buildings but Saints of God. There Church meetings in Homes and those that had been having Church were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word, and that would have been the people that made up the Church. We may note that it tells us in another passages of scripture that it says churches that meaning many more and all belong two the Church of God as well. I note also it says that were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied. I see that they were peopl being added but note how they were added the Holy Ghost th comforter that dwells in those that belong two the Church. Ac 8:1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles. Ac 8:2 And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him. Ac 8:3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison. Ac 8:4 Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. Ac 9:31 Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied. We most realize that the Church buildings were not at the time of the Church being established so any time it speaks of the Church it is the people that make up the Church and they our Saints of God. Then Paul sent letters two several of Churches and let us look at what he had two say about a Church in the heading of a letter. I think it tells us plainly what the Church was made up of. 2co 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia. 1co 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours: 1co 1:3 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 1co 1:4 I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ. 1co 7:17 But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches.
