I would still choose the old school fiesta I know. Town fiesta was supposed to be FOR THE PEOPLE not for those elite people of the province. Last night affair was all about show offs of who has and have more. Catanduanes is still a conservative and an old school province. Asking some sort of pasosyal peg is too much for the people.
