I would sure like to pick Greg Mackos brain now that he is no longer Small Claims judge in Barberton to see why he stiffed me. I was suing Paypal for restriction of trade and discrimination. They had cut my business off because they said they do not do business with credit repair companies. They sent me a list of pre qualifications in their agreement. I sent them back proof that I complied with all of them.. Believe it or not this multi million dollar operation changed their national agreement the very next week. The only thing they took out was the list of pre-qualifications and replaced it with: We will not provide service to credit repair organizations. To which I provided 10 examples of companies as large as Lexington Law who not only used their service but advertised it on the front page of their website. Well I sued them in Barbertons small claims court. They tried to move the venue to Southern California..but I had already provided judge Macko with a precedent case where a FEDERAL JUDGE refused to allow them to use venue in lawsuits. He allowed the venue change. This guy and I played softball on the same team in the 70s...no..I wasnt looking for special favors...just consistency in the law. It would have been a case that would have put him on the map.....guess it is good he got out of the job.
