I wrote about Michael Brown yesterday. The PBS NewHour published this chart showing the statements of all the grand jury witnesses. The final tally shows that most of the witness were wrong about some aspect of the story. Others had to be lying. The scary part for me is one witness insist that Michael Brown was shot execution style, on his knees, begging for mercy. Another says that a round to the back of the head finished Brown off. The physical ballistic evidence shows neither happened. But these black witness told these stories - and insist that the stories are true- to put Officer Wilson in prison. The scary part is that the witnesses lied and had to know they lied. Only the forensic evidence - not human testimony - kept Officer Darren Wilson from facing state murder charges.
