I wrote in a feedback to this so-called big restaurant about how one of the equipment failed to work for a presentation to our clients. The VP called and guess what he says... We lent this piece of equipment to you out of goodwill. We will not be held any responsibility for failure of equipment. So I told him saying that we liked to do our presentation there because they have such capability and that I wasnt aware that it is out of goodwill. If that is the case, I told him we will bring our own equipment for the next presentation. But you cant say the equipment failed. It didnt fail. I tried it today and its working! Its your Laptop thats not working! So I told him. His staff went to get another laptop and it still didnt work. They got another cable and it still didnt work. So in such case wouldnt you call it not working? Anyway I lost my job 12 years back and I wouldnt want my staff to get so scared that they are going to lose their job! Alamak. How the hell did such a big restaurant get such a VP? Is he still bitter about losing his job 12 years back?
