I wrote my final paper on this topic and explored what social media and technology has taken from us, yet I still sit on the bus with my eyes on my phone, I eat in my room and watch Netflix instead of eating with my family, I dont read as much as I used too because Instagram, or Fb, orYouTube are constantly in the forefront. I hate when I see little kids with their own iPads or phones, I hate seeing my little cousin with his eyes glued to a tv screen killing off enemies with a smile on his face instead of going outside and playing like I used to when I was little. Yes social media and technology has given us much, but it has also taken away much, and even though we realize it, we ignore it.
