I wrote the below in 1995 when the man that I adored most in my life, my grandfather, passed away. Since 1995 Ive come back to this too many times as the people we have loved have moved on. This morning I came back again, as one more family angel has been created in Heaven. To my dear uncle and godfather Charlie, you will forever be remembered in our hearts and memories. Watch over us while now under the McMorrow family tree in Heaven along with John Henry, John Richard, Francis and Marie. No Good-byes They told me that you died today. I will attend your service where they will ask me to say good-bye to you. Only I dont believe in death. I know that I can no longer physically see you - yet I know that your spirit continues to linger among us. I know that you can see us, the tears we cry, the pain we feel. But where you are now there exists an abundance of magic which we cannot see. I ask that you share with us just a little bit of that magic - to dry the tears, and release the pain from those who love you so. Take that magic dust and sprinkle it upon us to create laughter and peace throughout the world in which we continue to exist. Good-bye is not necessary; for you have not left us at all. You stand behind us - only we cannot see you. You reach out to touch us only we cannot feel you. Yet there is an essence that surrounds us now; for I know that it is you - so good-bye is not necessary. With love today to my entire family in memory of Uncle Charlie- Judi
