I yearn to swim the warm Seychelles Islands and sip wine while floating the gondolas of Italy. I have so much of life to live, how about you? A few weeks ago, I was miles away from a piece of the famous Route 66, so my dream is to still drive on this highly regarded highway. I was so close as I stood in awww, at the beauty of Mandalay Bay Resort and over active nightlife of Las Vegas. Vegas, the Mob Museum, Grand Canyon and Hard Core Pond were worth the heat of the red city. And I do mean "red" in all interpretations. Tony and I had so much fun because in three days, we actually slept ten hours. If there were more hours in a day, then we could have seen much more. Excellent getaway. Similarly, there was Bourbon street in Louisiana. Street parties, live jazz/blues, transgender and their expressions of human art were beyond anything that I had ever encountered. Then there was the food, mouth watering steamed oysters, jumbalaya(sorry for spelling) and how does alligator cheese cake marinate your pallet? Well, it was a creamy and zesty pie with spicy sausage. Yes, alligator tastes similar to Sausage. The people were friendly and I could see the relationship that Louisiana has with St.Louis. Louisiana seems to rely more heavily on the Mississippi River however. In the next few weeks, with the lords blessings, I will be a year younger. As my birthday grows near, I think of fulfilling my soulful desires. My smiles widens when I visualize the waters surrounding Puerto Rico. In time, I will continue to see the beauties of this God given Earth. I am still yearning, how about you?
