ICC’s Judge warns witness No326 that he may be arrested for intentionally lying to the court in his testimony. 1 hour ago International Criminal Court (ICC) presiding Judge in the case facing Deputy, President, William Ruto, and radio Journalist, Joshua Arap Sang’, Chile Eboe Osuji, has sent a tough warning to witness No326, that he risks being arrested for intentionally lying to the court. This is after the witness in his testimony recounted that among the media stations that were present at the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) headquarters at Orange House, where ODM held press conference in 2007, was Radio Maisha. However, during cross examination, Deputy President, William Ruto’s lead counsel, Karim Khan, poked holes in the witness’ testimony saying he lied to the court because Radio Maisha came into existence in the year 2010. “What would you say if I told you that Radio Maisha was not in existence until 2007?” asked Khan. “I was wrong to count it”, replied the witness. Osuji cautioned the witness to be careful with his answers otherwise his testimony will implicate him.
