ICICI Bank First of all, if you say you are a customer driven bank, allow customers to openly post on your page about their experience, concerns and feedback. Now coming to the personal experience or i will rather say very wretched communication and delivery service. I placed a request for reissuing my debit card on 15/9/2014 (Request No: SR338696179) via phone banking , the need was very critical so i reiterated the urgency of the situation and asked for delivering the card before the stipulated time period, but as per your so called processes, it was confirmed that request will only be processed in 14 days. In the interim, i waited for sms/call/mail from your side but miserably no such communication was ever made. Finally post 15 days, i myself called the customer care to inquire whether the card has been delivered to requested branch or not, and to my surprise i was told that it has already been delivered to your nearest bank. Now where is the communication? where is the customer value you boast upon?? Where is your 24*7 support promises?? I visited the nearest branch today, and was very happily and bluntly told that your card has been destroyed/cancelled because you didnt collect it within 10 days of delivery. Now, what is this?Is it presumed that customer will know everything untold to him? In case, there is any delay in credit card payment, your collection department calls us 25 times a day making helluva our life and to this utmost priority issue that should be the primary concern of ICICI, you remain totally dormant. I have totally lost faith in ICICI bank because it was first time in my 3 years engagement that i requested for any services. A total disappointment.
