IDF soldiers have discovered a massive terror tunnel from Gaza into Israel that was built with some 500 tons of concrete and other materials provided by Israel for humanitarian purposes. Such tunnels have been used for terror attacks (and kidnappings) of Israeli civilians and military personnel.
