IF I COULD WALK AWAY: I understand why the comedian Dave Chappelle WALKED away, He refused to be bought or sold. He said and I quote I wasnt quitting out of anger, or failure. It simply just wasnt worth putting up with people/politics anymore Honestly, it is sad to say this, but ministry is the only place that you can be placed on multi-million dollar platforms, given major recognition, movie deals,etc. and HAVE nothing other than connections, nope, anointing doesnt matter in the Church world, and dare not live holy, you are automatically deemed the redheaded stepchild. I wish SO MANY days I had pursued my Law career, because at least in the secular world, you actually GET WHAT YOU work for, in the Church world, YOU GET based on who youre connected to and who you allow to control you and blow your name up, and of course that will only last until the next best thing skips along. IF I could walk away from the CHURCH WORLD today, this very moment, without Godly consequence, I would in a heart beat and NEVER look back, I would do anything but the Pentecostal CHURCH, but because I am called by God, and not governed by my feelings or man, I stand, trusting HIS will as my way. and it is because of this I may NEVER get to THAT earthly Plateau , But I assure you, If I continue to live right, keep HIM first, not compromise regardless of the opportunities presented, NO ONE can block, sabotage, or keep heaven from my view.....and that my dear friends is the ONLY reason why I STAND & STAY.....+TLP
