IF I WERE RAILA ODINGA:ON REFFERENDUM. # I would capitalise on jubelees undermining of devolution and gorvernors to apeal to kenya and depict jubilee as enemies of the 2010 constitution. # I would champion choping off of over representation eg the irrelevant women rep and doing away with the senate. # I would champion the quest of taking back health to national government. # I would seek to make 8great counties out of the right provinces that Ruto killed in Naivasha...#If he did this he would get 68% kenyas support and would not need to disband IEBC. Otherwise all the OKOA Kenya is saying isnt clear.
