IF TOMORROW DOESNT COME - 365 roses to my wife. Should days turn into weeks, I will - years into months and may be hours into seconds Should the sun set on the western horizon, I will go to the east and find it shining somewhere Should my meditation goes fast to my grey years, my memory will still retain the joys of my youth, the job of my youth and my wife of my youth Should tomorrow not come, I will have already lived my yesterday, Should my eyes not see the second rains, I will have just experienced a complete season of heat and pours Should death come, I shall have lived in its absence prior and enjoyed everything that lonely hearts desire Should lust last, I shall have genuinely told someone 365 I Love Yous Should geniuses walk out of the stage, and the last invention made, I will have caught her 300 tears drops and debited 65 from my tear bank Should everyone run away, I shall have get used to a universe of two Should they crave to hear me and be embraced, I shall already have called their mom my baby first Should they make noise at the middle of the night, I will forever be the first to call her mom Should they take my name as their surname, I will have already crowned her MRS. ME. Should their hearing be impaired, and my wisdom fade, I shall have pastored someone for 365 consecutive days Should the ink be fade, I still shall have written 365 love stories on her tender heart Should age overtake us, and light become the night, the 365 pictures will still resurface Should my strings be strained, the keys be stuck, the voice be useless, her ear drums will echo my 365 songs to her Should sorrow take its toll, i will laugh, for i have rehearsed 365 times Should tomorrow never come and we add not another Sunday, we shall already have lived 365 days as one, and need not another proof: we were meant for each other
