ILO is having its annual International Labour Conference here in Geneva with delegations from all over the world. The prize for best power dressing must surely go to the amazingly elegant African women with their beautiful dresses and elaborate headgear! Yesterday, we heard the speech of the impressive President of Malawi - the second female president in Africa. She made the best comment of the day when she said: "As an African woman I would like to congratulate the African men...."
