IM GOING THERE.... This place misdiagnosed my 4 pound dog for 6 months. Month SIX, I finally got advice from an accupuncturist/traditional Chinese medicine practiconner and through her consultation with a friend, a holistic veterenarian on the Big Island, free of charge, I redirected the animal hospital to a correct diagnosis. The facility put my 4 pound dog on some 6 different doses of antibiotics, excess X-rays, digging open abcessed wounds to clean repeatedly and other treatments torking my wallet repeatedly. I cleaned my dogs unhealing facial wounds at least 3 times a day for 6 months and cried every day as they were less than 2 centimeters away from her big, beautiful, brown eyes. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone EVER. Turns out her 3 other pre-molars were abccessed, and 2 months ago they had just cleaned, x-rayed and pulled one pre-molar. Her facial wounds have completely healed in less than a week after removing the three teeth which have probably caused indescribable amounts of pain to live with by the ulcered wounds shes had all this time. Please spread this story to protect your friends pets from such disservice in our community. Missy would appreciate that from one dog to another... THANKS!
