IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The new law requires that in less than two months, the secretary of state, the secretary of homeland security, and the secretary of defense submit a report to the judiciary committees of both the House of Representatives and the Senate regarding SIV denials and appeals. We need to be contacting the parties involved NOW. In the comments below, I will post information on how to contact the senators on that committee. It is important that you write them and provide as much detail about your case as possible so that Senators know what is on the line....and then you will have a chance that a senator may hear about your case and decide to attempt to intervene in your case. If a senator responds and you are having trouble understanding, feel free to contact me and I will let you know what they need.
