IMMIGRATION REFORM PART IV It makes sense to strengthen borders especially NOW when cartels and criminals are taking over. This will help bring their infrastructure down as well with time since the only option to come to AMERICA will be legally THROUGH WORK PERMITS that can be renewed. This will also be good to AMERICA as a generous giver to the rest of the WORLD and also it will enable AMERICA to carry out the strategy of education and using IMMIGRATION REFORM TO REFORM PEOPLE AND COUNTRY! Everyone who comes here with the tax money collected form their taxes, or donors, etc. learn a trade needed in their community as well as work and take back NEEDED SKILL, KNOWLEDGE AND LIFE. If you shut borders you shut to the CRIMINALS but you keep them open to WORKERS with WORK VISAS as explained before UNTIL things begin improving everywhere else and ultimately AMERICA will have no work visas to extend as much since people have no need to do so. BORDER CONTROL is also necessary because AMERICA CANNOT BRING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD even if she wanted to. That would also equivalent to ENABLING THESE COUNTRIES AND GOVERNMENTS TO CONTINUE BEING IRRESPONSIBLE, CORRUPT AND INEFFICIENT. The fact that these countries remain bad and are getting worse has to do with their GOVERNMENTS misuse of funds, etc. AMERICA went through the same process beginning as a "poor" country and was able to move on. That AMERICA only takes and takes creates a relationship of DEPENDENCE where these countries do not take responsibility for their own people and welfare and health. So they keep as they are receiving and wasting and expect AMERICA to do for them what they need to do for themselves. AMERICA needs to make this clear and use influence and money tactics such as AID to make these governments responsible once again. IMMIGRATION REFORM involves not only AMERICA but all these countries as well and these countries need to COOPERATE with AMERICA as well. AMERICAN consulates and diplomatic agencies need to step up and teach these communities and Government and coach them if necessary about ETHICS and VALUES AND PRINCIPLES. The fact politicians and police people, etc. are corrupt themselves in some LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES is proof that VALUES AND PRINCIPLES have been shoved aside and mostly for MONEY. This would be coaching and teaching and AID in the form of EDUCATION OF HOW TO GOVERN A COUNTRY, WHY DO IT RIGHT AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT DOING IT RIGHT. AMERICA can give away all the FINANCIAL AID she wants to these countries which sometimes in some cases goes to waste but all the AID in the world will not help improve conditions if the GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLES IN CHARGE are MAD AND ILL THEMSELVES. Do you see the point? basically you need to start from ZERO with them and begin EDUCATION PROGRAMS and make these PROGRAMS ATTRACTIVE. When Governments improve, LIFE IMPROVES, SAFETY AND PEACE IN COUNTRY IMPROVES AND MASS IMMIGRATION DECLINES. Mexico and Honduras were NOT as they are today therefore WE need to return them to how they were before and even to better conditions. WHAT IS HAPPENING IS UNACCEPTABLE! Ultimately when WE reveal OURSELVES to PEOPLE WE hope they will UNDERSTAND WE are TIRED OF THEIR WAYS and WE EXPECT CHANGE. WE will deliver personal messages to countries and WE hope OUR words are taken seriously. WE will THREAT THEM if WE have to with DESTRUCTION AS IN THEIR OWN HOLY SCRIPTURES id they refuse to heed warning and WE hope that OUR REVELATION TO THEM IN WORD AND ACTION WILL MOVE THEM AWAY FROM EVIL. WE are not playing their tricks and neither their games, WE want people back to ETHICS, HUMANITY, VIRTUE, etc.
