IMPORTANT -- Rehearsal Schedule ON 6th May Mass Flute Choir (Sortie): Arrive 2:30p.m. Finished: 4:30 Kids Flute Choir (Round Dance): Arrive 3:30 Finished 5:00 Fiona/Audrey/Claire/Zarina Quartet: Finished 5:30 All the Things You Are: Arrive: 3:30 Finished 6 Smoke Gets In Your Eyes: Arrive 3:30 Finished 6:20 Faculty: Finished By stage: 6:45 ALL PERFORMERS MUST RETURN TO BACK STAGE BY 6:30P.M. There are plenty of rooms in backstage, please change your clothes before rehearsal, group pics will be taken. Parents are welcome to come to help but please be patience and sit yourself at the audience seat in the concert hall. You are welcome to come earlier than the arrival time if you wish to watch the rehearsals, please come to the front of the stage. Please sit quietly and do not interrupt the rehearsals. When it is your turn, there will be announcement and you will be notified. NO photos taking are allowed in the venue please. We have designated official and venue approved photographer for photo purpose. Please RESPECT the rule: )) A very special flute James Elan , built on Trevor Wyes favorite RS2012 scale will be made available for flute players to try and is available for purchase. Thanks to the world-renowned flute maker James Jim Phelan, who devoted hugh amount of time in discussion with Trevor Wye and William Bennett, with lots of paper come and go and extremely complicated and precise calculation, for the creation of this flute. It is unique and plays excellently !! Your appreciation of it is anticipated. In addition, a Burkart RESONA 300 and piccolos have also just arrived. They will also be available for try-out. Finally, The renowned Korean headjoint maker Mr. Song will be displaying his headjoint in one of the backstage room. All flute players are invited to try the headjoint.
