IMPORTANT COURTHOUSE UPDATE, FYI =I went by yesterday to look and to take some picture of 35 acre infrastructure ready Judicial BLVD / East Milton courthouse site and found a huge for sale by Santa Rosa County sign posted on it and signs of very recent surveying going on there.... ALSO, I noticed not only do all the commercial utilities exist there already, BUT the property has very costly commercial FIBER OPTIC CABLE sorely needed in a new courthouse running right in front of the property there.... FACT= East Milton property on Judicial Blvd has existing industrial sewer connections stubout tie ins available on the property, no construction of new. sewer and hookups needed... 3. FACT = East Milton property Power and phone utilities are already available as well, no new electrical / phone service delivery lines needed... 4. FACT = East Milton property has paved access already existing, no new roads or paving construction to access property required either. .. 5. FACT = East Milton property less than 1.5 miles from Interstate = I-10 main east / west transit corridor of Santa Rosa County 6. FACT = East Milton property less than 1/4 mile from US Hwy 90 the 2nd main east west transit corridor for transit in Santa Rosa County. 7. FACT = East Milton property has existing access to State Hwy 87 less than 1/4 mile from 4 lane FL State Hwy 87, the main north / south transit corridor of Santa Rosa County giving 4 laned dirrect access to south end of county, with a future 4 laned Hwy 87 north connector being surveyed now with direct 4 land access to north end of county.... 8.
