IMPORTANT. Credit or debit? When purchasing with a bank card, always say credit. This is because when you say debit, chances are you are going to pay a fee, where as if you say credit, you wont pay a fee (and the merchant WILL pay a fee every time). This is why businesses will try to get customers to pay as debit. Sometimes, they wont even ask; theyll just prompt you to use debit. Generally, (except on your banks own ATM) any time you have to use your PIN number, you are being charged; and those fees add up. Please share this info with anyone who doesnt already know. Better the money goes into your pocket than the banks. Happy Sunday!
