The agricultural graduate degree(BSc(Ag)/BSc(Hort)/BSc(AE) or Btech(Agri engineering), BSc(Home Science)/BSc(Commercial Agriculture & Business management) and other allied subject including forestry & agro-forestry is 4 year course covering all aspect of agriculture and the same must be consider the professional degree. The degree holders should be given license to open agriculture agency, pesticide, seed, fertilizer, fish, timber shops etc. The proposed ACI will regulate the agriculture education as there is no regulatory body for agriculture education particularly agriculture education imparted by private colleges and will grant license to agriculture degree holders to empower the rural youth for their involvement in enrepreneurship development. This will also help for maintaining quality standards in providing inputs to farmers in the over all interest of agriculture sector. Hon’ble Prime Minister of India/Hon’ble Union Agricuture Minister and Hon’ble Minister of State for Agriculture(Dr.Sanjeev Balyan) may kindly initiate the action for passing the ACI Act in the winter session of Parliament for establishment of ACI and SAC on the pattern of MCI/VCI/BCI.” All India Agricultural Students Association AIASA Member RaHul RaMan COLLEGE PRESIDENT All India Agricultural Students Association - AIASA, BHU
