IMPORTANT MUST READ !!! PEOPLE must understand THIS about the VLAD laws !! The laws that Cambell Newman has introduced are actually a breach of human rights and civil rights ! It goes against everything that is Australian ! Being labelled a criminal for who you talk to or what you wear or go for a beer with a mate or even your family !( The Yandina 5 is a perfect example of Family all being locked up under this legislation ) Not only will you be labelled , but you will also be locked in solitary confinement for 23hrs a day (Breach of human rights) 1hr of exercise (in a small yard on your own ) Limited phone calls (either family or lawyer not both) At the whim of an out of touch egotistical politician, All because Newman said we are all criminals , without any proof or evidence ! NOWHERE in the legislation does it mention BIKIES , OUTLAWS , 1%ers, GANGS or anything like that ! It actually says GROUPS < ORGANISATIONS< LEAGUES !! Now does that sound like it is aimed at bikies ???? . These laws have already been introduced in South Australia and defeated in the HIGH court of Australia as they were deemed UNCONSTITUTIONAL !! They were also deemed unconstitutional in NSW all at a massive cost to the Australian tax payer ! . And the way they have sold it to the public is, If you arent a bikie you have nothing to worry about !!! WELL the very first person to be arrested and gaoled under this type of legislation was a New South Wales mentally handicapped 19 year old teenager that had absolutely nothing to do with bike clubs ! He was gaoled for breaching a non association order he had been put on in order to keep him and two of his friends out of a shopping mall !!! The bad boys !!! This was reported in the Australian news paper and the story was by Adam Shand !! The KID got 9 months in prison (where he should never have been sent in the first place ) SO PLEASE WAKE UP !!! This law targets all Australians !! And with one quick swipe of a pen , it can be altered to be much worse !!!! WAKE UP AUSTRALIA !!!
