IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL ILAJE AND ESE ODO STUDENT WITHIN AND OUTSIDE NIGERIA The long awaited osopadec Bursary is out and the procedures are given below GUIDELINE FOR NEW APPLICANT USER ACCOUNTS Welcome to the OSOPADEC Bursary Portal. This login account is for bursary and scholarship applicants for Students from the oil producing areas in Ondo State. 1. Acceptance of Agreement. By creating this login account, and filling the form below, You hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (Agreement) with respect to our Software (the Software). 2. Valid User. You are a eligible for this bursary if you are a valid undergraduate or post graduate Student of a higher Institution in Nigeria and you are from one of the two local governments that fall within the oil producing areas in Ondo State. Part- time, Sandwich, Pre-degree, NTI and Diploma Students ARE NOT Eligible. Invalid users shall be automatically disqualified and case treated as a criminal offence. 3. New Login Account Form. You are required to create a login a account by completing the form below. This form is not the application form. Your application form will be completed after Login. For the new account form below, You are expected to provide some of your personal details and your valid email address. You will also be required to provide a ScreenName below, your screenName is any unique name such as first part of your email. 4. Applicants Profile Form. After creating your account and login, You will be required to complete your profile form on the portal before you can apply for a bursary. You will require a scanned copy of the following items: passport photo, admission letter, local government identity, attestation slip. Your attestation slip will be downloaded after login, filled, stamped and approved by your HOD in your University. 5. Support. The solution providers are providing support for this Software based on an internal Support Agreement. Hence all valid problems, faults, malfunctioning ,errors or need for help/ assistance must be reported to us within 24 hours via the email address provided at the bottom of the portal pages. Note, The Users Guide also forms part of our support facility. 6. Confidentiality. All information posted on this software can only be accessed, viewed, or published by YOU or by the OSOPADEC and all her associates and partners with the view of awarding bursary. Ensure that you do not share your login details with others, also ensure that you sign out of the portal after each use in order to secure your personal information. 7. Copyright. The downloading or printing or digital conversion or changing or distribution of the Software layout, content, graphips, codes, pages or modules are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, re-use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Software, except as allowed by us, is strictly prohibited. All reports generated by you from this software remains a property of your OSOPADEC. 8. Service Marks. Products and names mentioned on the Software may be trademarks of their respective owners. 9. Nontransferable. The Software itself or your right to use the Software is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to use the Software or obtain information or documents is not transferable. 10. Third Party Disclaimer. We will not be liable to you for any incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind that may result from any third party hardware hosting this solution or third party software integrated with this solution or virus that may be contracted from the network or other media used by you in accessing the Software. 11. Bad Usage. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, staff, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, Affiliated Parties) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, resulting from Your mis-use of the Software. You are fully responsible for; all actions you execute, data that you create or edit or delete in this Software. It is highly recommended that you reference the Users Guide or contact our Support Centre in case of any uncertainty. 12. Summary. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, Affiliated Parties) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Software.
