IMPORTANT UPDATE: I Corrine L Pruitt, Owner of Memory Lane Consignment Shop am announcing that as of August 1st I will no longer own the consignment shop. All consignors on books will continue to be paid for your merchandise throughout your consignment agreement that you signed. No lapse will happen in this, however if you would like to continue to consign with the new owner then please come by and sign her new consignment agreement for there is just a few minor changes. Your new owner is Karen Welch Hoover. Karen has been with me for a year and has done a excellent job. I have 100% confidence that she is a excellent fit for Memory Lane and for taking care of your needs from here on out. She will continue to have the high standards that Memory Lane built its business and reputation on. I highly recommend that you continue to consign and I too will become a consignor of hers myself. I will be working close with Karen to help all of you with your needs and questions. Please know that this was NOT a decision made quickly but a decision I prayed about for a long time and I feel like it is the right decision and the right time for me to move on. So with that being said I want you to know this: I have been so blessed to have had the opportunity to have been the owner of Memory Lane for the last 7 years and I have enjoyed getting to know our community. It is because of you that Memory Lane has been so successful and continues to thrive. I am asking you to please continue to support Memory Lane under the new ownership for this is 7 years of my Life that I have invested and it means the world to me for it to continue to grow. This is a bitter sweet moment for me and one of the hardest decisions I believe I have had to make. Each and every one of you entered my doors as guests but many of you left as friends. I thank you for all the memories and will cherish them forever. I ask that you please pray for me and ask that you continue to support me in my new adventure of opening up my new business which is: Memory Lane Boutique, (name subject to change soon.) I am located right next door to the consignment shop and I am very pleased about that for it will be a excellent location for me to continue to see all of your beautiful faces. So, I Corrine Pruitt, (tears flowing) am saying Goodbye as your owner of Memory Lane Consignment Shop. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for all of your support!!!!
