IN A MESS I wonder what, today will bring, Will I cry or will I sing, Im too soft, for my own well being, maybe im a sucker, Coss I cant stand seeing, Someone I know, go thru shit, Especially if I can do, summat about it. we all have demons and our cross to bear, But what if its someone, for who we once cared, Funny how, it seems to be, Some dont wanna know, til they need help from me, Then they want me, to be their saviour, Pity they never offer, to do me favors. I could be selfish, but thats not my style, While someone slumps there in a pile, Coss in all of this, theres a good kid involved, So I guess if I can, help try to resolve, this situation and get the tables turned, Good job I dont just do things, for stuff in return. If I see someone, in a mess, I have a moral duty, to do my best, History lies firmly, in the past, And no its not about me, having the last laugh (c)lrcpublications
