"IN MY OPINION"......The Deedy trial has left me more dis-trustful of our Judicial System. When I heard that the Manslaughter option was off the table and that the jurors option was either Guilty of Murder or Innocent by Self Defense, I knew that this Trial would end up being a Hung Jury! "In My Opinion", the Prosecutor AND the Judge failed the system by not allowing the Manslaughter option as a choice the jurors had. If it was..I honestly believe that he would have been found Guilty of Manslaughter due to his "Reckless Behavior". JUST MY OPINION!
