IN PARLIAMENT THIS AFTERNOON TOP FIVE QUESTIONS 1. MR. J. I. MATHOKGWANE, MP. (GOODHOPE-MABULE): To ask the (52) Minister of Transport and Communications whether the tarring of Goodhope-Gathwane and Borobadilepe-Mokatako roads are in the National Development Plan 10; if not, to state whether these roads will be included in any plan in the foreseeable future. 2. MR. D. L. KEORAPETSE, MP. (SELEBI PHIKWE WEST): To ask the (53) Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources:- (i) how much the lowest paid employee at BCL gets monthly; (ii) how much the highest paid employee gets monthly; and (iii) to state their jobs and professions. 3. MR. J. I. MATHOKGWANE, MP. (GOODHOPE-MABULE): To ask the (57) Minister for Presidential Affairs and Public Administration to state:- (i) the number of lawsuits between Government and its employees at the Mass Media Complex during the past 5 years; (ii) what caused these law suits; (iii) the number of cases won by Government; and (iv) the amount spent on these cases including settlements out of court, if any. 4. MS. S. M. BATHOBAKAE, MP. (TLOKWENG): To ask the Minister of (58) Labour and Home Affairs:- (i) what is the status of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Protocol on Gender and Development; and (ii) when it will be signed by Botswana. 5. MR. S. RANTUANA, MP. (RAMOTSWA): To ask the Minister of (61) Transport and Communications:- (i) why the Ramotswa-Boatle road took long to construct; and (ii) why it was accepted in its sub standard state.
