IN RE Lonesome Lozer: I have really great news... I am going to erase this soon: As all know I was found NOT GUILTY by a jury of my peers after a bad-faith investigation, malicious and vindictive prosecution under the watch of Don Quick who is running for Attorney General Denver, Colorado 2014. Last December I made a post about River Rock Dispensary firing me and not paying me as a form of 1st Amendment Retaliation and then I was charged by a Denver Detective with multiple charges including telephone harassment and violence bullshit when all I wanted was my money... So In January, acting again as my own lawyer (pro se) I got the case thrown-out at the first court date because the police report (sum 100 pages) lacked PROBABLE CAUSE. The City of Denver Attorney appealed and that appeal has been DENIED by the DISTRICT COURT of Colorado!!!! Sooo... My record as a lawyer is 2 - 0!!! ~Gonzo journalist Billy Bob Bramscher, esquire Show me another lawyer in Colorado that won their first cases, the first one against all odds while in jail for 13 months with a 100% WIN RECORD?!?
