IN THE NEWS What I have seen of Sasha and Malia Obama seems to be well adjusted, under the circumstances, sincere, down to earth fine teenagers. Their parents are loving, caring and devoted to raising them well. The President and the First Lady are good parents and wonderful role models. Unfortunately, some people seem to have a problem with this powerful African American family. When jealousy rears its ugly head and words, its just that, ugly. Elizabeth Lauten has shown herself to be jealous, tasteless and offensive; to verbally belittle teenagers without a thought of their feelings, then to speak about their parents in a negative and disparaging manner, was an attack against the family. Where did Ms. Lauten learned to be so uncouth and unprofessional? Her lack of grace and decorum made her unfit for the position she held. You would think as a communications director she would know better. God does not like ugly God bless America! Sasha and Malia I♡U
