IN WHICH I DISCUSS WHY THE POPE BE SAYIN: Yo, that Big Bang? Yea. Its a thing dawgs. Matter cannot be created or destroyed; it can only change shape. - Albert Einstein (based on Antoine Lavoisiers discoveries of Conservation of Mass in 1734) So recently I couldnt help but notice the buzz about recent things spoken by the current Pope—or more accurately, what he actually said (it was something mentioned many years ago; reaffirmed recently and not first spoken.) So I got some explainin here as to what he was actually talking about, because none of the media actually had a mention of nor a link to even an excerpt of WTF he was even talking about. So, here it is, mostly summarized entirely in: Genesis Chapter 1 verses 1 & 2 only. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Gen 1:1 (NIV) Interesting to note here is that in the Torah, the Jewish Holy Book, this verse reads completely backwards as: In the beginning created God created heavens and earth. The difference here is a direct, day I say physical mirror (remember that.) Its implication is that without God the beginning could not exist. That when a beginning was incurred at all, it could only be with Gods parallel existence in tandem. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. Gen 1:2 (NIV) Now of course Genesis verse 3 is the infamous God speaking Let there be light, and that is actually the point of focus of the Big Bang being Gods first words creating existence. HOWEVER: It isnt until the THIRD DAY that there was anything on the earth, which was formless and empty. Were talking about God smashing down every dimension from the heavenly realms down to where our earth was going to be—you know, like you would clear out a canvas before painting. So I come to this in conclusion, because the sciences also happen to agree with it as well as the basis of all God-fearing, God-based religions have come in agreement with: Matter cannot be destroyed; it can only change shape. And so here we have the beginning of time beginning not with nothingness, but with the waters of the deep. So what the heck is this water doing here before the Big Bang occurred? I am in agreement with, in part, what Einstein, our Pope and also every religious text ever written agrees: we didnt come from nothing. A dense ocean of liquid, which in cosmic terms, a deep gravity well, was spoken into the word Let there be light. Keep in mind God didnt create any actual stars in the sky or the moon or sun here. All he said was just that light should be a thing, into a gravity well comprised of negative energy. QUOTING A DUDE HERE: “The way the universe gets around that problem is that gravitational energy is negative,” Vilenkin says. That’s a consequence of the fact, mathematically proven, that the energy of a closed universe is zero: The energy of matter is positive, the energy of gravitation is negative, and they always add up to zero. “Therefore, creating a closed universe out of nothing does not violate any conservation laws.” So there you go. God creating the universe kind of coincides with every law of physics known to mankind. Kind of easy to do BECAUSE GOD CREATED PHYSICS o3o discovermagazine/2013/september/13-starting-point
