SUN-DRIED TOMATO COOK & COAT SAUCE: Pour over chicken or South African hake, slide into the oven, and cook at 180 till done. See recipe below for alternative uses. GARLIC & HERB SPICE: Meat...chicken...fish...potatoes...roast vegetables...and more. See recipe below for a must-make chicken n vegetable bake. LEMON & HERB CHICKEN & VEGETABLE BAKE 8 chicken portions Ina Paarmans Garlic & Herb seasoning VEGETABLES 500 g baby potatoes, halved or quartered 3 large carrots, cut into strips 1 cup green beans, sliced lengthways 3 zucchini, peeled and sliced into strips 2 teaspoons Ina Paarmans Chicken Stock powder Ina Paarmans Lemon & Herb Coat & Cook sauce Preheat oven to 180°C. 1: Season the chicken well with Garlic & Herb Seasoning and set aside. 2: Toss vegetables together in a casserole dish, season well with Garlic and Herb Seasoning, mix stock powder with 1 cup of boiling water, and add this to dish. 3: Place chicken, best side up, on top of vegetables. 4:Pour Lemon and Herb Sauce over, cover dish and bake for 1 hour, then remove lid and bake open for 15 minutes. VARIATION: Use Ina Paarmans Sun-dried Tomato Coat and Cook Sauce in place of the Lemon and Herb sauce. If using Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce, add an extra tablespoons of olive oil before pouring sauce over.
