**INBOX QUESTION** so, I have been with my bf for almost 4 years. I left my husband of 10 years to be with him. He used to pick me up when I was having bad days with my ex husband and listen to me cry for hours, he would take me out treat me like his best friend and be the shoulder I could cry on and ask for NOTHING in return. He became my best friend, my love, my coincident. Recently we got into a domestic violence dispute I attacked him and he beat me up. My family now hates him yet I still love him and I want to make things work. Its messy and he still refuses to believe he had any fault in the matter. How can I make this better? Should I? When you love someone today much shouldnt you want to save them? I have kids with my ex and my ex is trying to take them away based on our current situation. Of course they cone first but, I want to make it work still... Ummmmmmm
