INCENSED with a capital I...this morning we delivered our beautiful daughter to dublin airport ,our second child so far to flee our stricken shores..and as we drove home sobbing and sad we get a text to say she was charged 60 euro by RYAN AIR on boarding her flight because her bag was AN INCH too big..NOW MICHAEL..i will say this once and once only....not if i were to grow feathers and learn to flap will i ever fly RYAN AIR again..to pick on a vulnerable young woman at a point of no return in the airport is to me an act of despicable greed and leaves me with feeling nothing but contempt for you and your airline.how can you sell a seat for 25 euro and charge 60 euro for an inch of baggage space in the one breath...to the general public....dont be fooled by their cheaper fares jargon....FLY AER LINGUS or for that matter anybody else except RYAN AIR.....michael o leary ....GET A GRIP
