INCEST WAS THE CAUSE She was now 36 years; she is beautiful and has a very lucrative job. She lives in a very comfortable flat for a single lady and life seems to be complete except that she is not married. Everyman that comes will never commit himself and those that pretends to commit themselves came for her money which once they get they elope with. Her desired to be settled down with a man drove her from one prayer house to prayer house, pastor to pastor, church to church, she even went out of her way to do unspeakable things just to get married until….she stopped running around for prayers and been desperate and starts studying the bible and listening to the voice of God. She now frequents bible studies and not prayer house and one day she got a little information and when she worked with the info and met the pastor to pray for her she was delivered and before 12 months from that day she got married and now with kids. The info she got was that there is a curse on anyone that commits incest (sleeping with relations) which she had done some years back when she slept with her distant blood relations and forgot, she never knew that doing that will bring misery to her, but the day she read Leviticus 18:5 which says ‘Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD. None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the LORD’ she repented and the pastor helped her break that curse and her story changed. We incur curse that has various implications for various people for committing immorality with any of our relations. To some it will hinder marriage like the girl I shared her story, to others it will make them live in hardship and untold sufferings as the earth will not yield to their efforts. If you’ve committed incest (slept with a near kin) then you need to give your life to Christ and repent of it and you’ll be delivered from such curse and be blessed. God bless you.
