INCIDENT IN CHARNWOOD CLOSE, WEST DERBY Two men due in court on burglary conspiracy charges following disturbance at north Liverpool house. Man and woman remain in custody following Croxteth incident. Police incident in Charnwood Close, West Derby, Liverpool Two men were due in court today charged with conspiracy to commit burglary with intent following an incident in Croxteth. Paul Adair, 28, from St Agnes Road, Huyton, and Mark McAffery, 31, from Hartley Grove, Thatto Heath, St Helens, are due to appear before Liverpool Magistrates’ Court today. A third man remains in custody after being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, possession of a firearm and aggravated burglary. Gavin Trafford Police incident in Charnwood Close, West Derby, Liverpool, The 26-year-old man, from the Old Swan area, was apprehended by police following a disturbance at a house in Charnwood Close on Friday, August 8. A 25-year-old woman, from Dovecot, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Detectives added that no action is currently being taken against a 26-year-old man from Croxteth, who was arrested on Friday on suspicion of attempted murder following the incident.
