INDIA -THE LAND OF CULTURE ,INTELLIGENCE AND HOSPITALITY. My personal experience for ten days in New Delhi under the kind hospitality of Mandala Kanishka Sharma and his Wife Dipika and Mother Mrs Neelima Sharma is one of the best experiences in many visits I had for the past 25 years of traveling in many countries. Feeling of being in the Philippines is a great comfort eating with the family and enjoying the Indian style of cooking gives you a good taste either to eat more or you eat less. It is a good feeling of being welcome with sense of comfort and kind attitude. India is a country that never deviates from the culture of Kindness to the animals where you can observe cows walking on the street regardless of the traffic , cows are part of the crowd of people walking , promenading as if they walk as lovers following its other. The exciting part is if the traffic light is stop they also stop and when go lights is on , they also go . Very educated and very formal in their behaviour . The monkeys are very exciting to see . I thought Monkeys in India is only in trees but you see walking on the high way and when traffic is heavy they just jump the wall and to the trees. Few Days ago we were traveling going to the Special Forces Training School at four and half hour from New Delhi , highway road was fine but when you are about to enter the road going to the Special forces Training School , you will experience almost the same road in the Provinces in the Philippines . where you be passing a watery and muddy road. Just a smell of the road reminds of me of the places in the Philippines . India and Philippines have almost same culture but differs from other categories of activities..People are passive and very cordial and friendly and mostly accommodating. The Commandant of the Special Forces Training School provided us a Guest House accommodation together with Mandala Khaniska Sharma Family . I did a quality control advancement training to the 40 special selected trainors for one day and I saw how effective were their movements and accuracy is still to be developed . This special forces were required to train 9 hours a day for three months every day. Now , the live Blade ginunting will be the next issue to all the Special Forces. The welcoming reception by the Commandant of the Garud Regimental Training Center and his staff officers was very pleasant and I felt at home in a military Installation just like in the Philippines. The visit was a surprise because the Commandant prepared a short ceremony attended by all training officers from Colonels to Lts and non-commissioned officers. I was presented to the entire staff to together with Mandala Sharma , and a Gold Brass Logo of the GRTS was given to me as an expression of appreciation how they can are grateful that Pekiti-Tirsia Edged Impact Weapon Tactical combat became an outstanding added discipline to the Garud Regimental Command Armed Forces of India. The entire forces of the Garud is 240,000 manpower. The next stop was CISF- central Industrial security force, responsible for counter terrorism in all Airports and Metros of India. The DG request me along with Mandala kanishka to train 5800 female police commandos in Police Defensive Tactics Control Dynamics which will start in a few days. Today Monday , we are going meet the Director General of the Border Patrol requesting Pekiti-Tirsia to teach their agents and border patrol personnel the use of Bayonets and Blades against intruders infiltrating the Border . The borders are hard steel fence along the boundary of Pakistan, China , Bangladish and Sri -Langka . We will provide a high blade strategy for Border Patrol.
