******************************** INFORMATION ******************************** Italian Air Traffic Control Strike – Friday 16 January As a result of industrial action by air traffic controllers in Italy, there will be some disruption to our services to/from Italy on Friday 16 January. We have proactively re-timed some services to avoid the four hour strike period, but regrettably we have been forced to cancel a small number of flights. We will be using larger aircraft where possible to re-accommodate customers whose original flights have been cancelled as a result of the strikes. - More information: Please check the status of your flight before leaving for the airport. What to do if your flight has been cancelled? If your flight has been cancelled, please do not travel to the airport. We have a policy in place outlining the options available to you and how to make changes to your booking. Although the industrial action will affect all airlines flying to/from Italy and is beyond our control, we would like to apologise to customers for any disruption to their travel plans.
