INJURED KITTEN! This little baby has a broken front leg and numerous cuts and scrapes along with a badly cut toe! Its mouth was swollen and a bit bloody too. I received a call earlier this afternoon about this kitten and advised them to go ahead and take this baby to our vets, Drs. Sam & Linda Young & we would take it in. It is only about 8-10 weeks old and partially feral. The young lady that called me said they did not know what happened to the kitten. Apparently their grandmother found the kitten outside and brought it in. They are not near a road. The vet tech said it does not appear to have been injured by a dog but cannot be sure. It will spend the night at the clinic and I will pick it up tomorrow. Not sure if it is a boy or girl...but this baby will come to KKCRS for some TLC and time to heal. So send some loving prayers for this baby! We have no idea what the vet bill will be but could never turn this baby away. Thank you Alia Currey for making sure this injured kitten found help! We will update tomorrow and try to get a better pic!
