INMEDIATELY JOB IN SOUTH ARABIA ::: Job Responsibilities: a) Setup and Maintenance of Microsoft Project plans. b) Assist Project Managers in managing their project plans on the Server. c) Pull reports using the Server or using excel data pulls. d) Manage On boarding/Off boarding: Welcoming committee for new joiners. e) Hosting new resources without badges (retrieving them from Security etc.) f) Respond to drive-by request: Printer access, access to the client tools. g) Manage all sites Facilities requests (workspaces, phone, headsets etc.) h) Escalations from PMO PCS Manila Team. i) Manage Asset inventory (i.e. headsets etc.) j) Work with Client Security and team members to address on boarding issues. k) Maintain Roster Integrity (i.e. cross-check with MME). l) Share Point maintenance. m) Manage Training Compliance (i.e. annual CDP compliance checking etc.) n) Onshore Quality Control of PCS work (i.e. know & understand PCS reports and make minor corrections to make report usable without losing a day before report can be used). o) Assist in Financial Operations. p) Account Wide Reporting of Compensatory. q) Client Accrual report generation. r) True-Up and reconciliation.
