INPSYCH Workshops are designed to complement classroom instruction by exposing Concordias psychology students to the cutting edge tools and technologies that drive psychological research. The workshops offer a truly unique hands-on learning experience for everyone involved. Graduates can take advantage of this opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise, and undergraduates can avail themselves of the opportunity to begin cultivating skills that will serve them well in graduate school. Were currently looking for graduates to lead the following workshops: - SPSS - MATLAB - Statistics with R - EEG/ERP - Eye Tracker - Heart rate monitors, skin conductance, etc - TMS - Brain imaging (fMRI demo in PERFORM) - Cognitive Modeling - Neuropsychological assessment (WAIS, MoCA, D-KEFS, etc) - Research involving clinical populations - Internet-based studies - Conducting effective replications - Animal studies (tour of rat labs) - Online tools and resources - Making the most of volunteer, RA, and internship experiences Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours Time: TBD Place: Loyola (various locations) Workshop instructors will receive honorariums courtesy of CUPA If youre interested in leading one or would like more information, send us a message at your earliest convenience.
