*** INSPIRATIONAL TIPS*** Ur welcome to this beautiful and promising monday. May i begin by sharing with u the experience of a modern day prophet, Gordon. B. Hinckley, yet as a boy. During his primary school days, he attended a school with a classroom that was dilapidated in nature. Each academic year, contrary to their desire that they would be transfered to a new classroom, the school principal would always ask them to continue there. After the end of their primary education, they had again expected that with their enrollment into the secondary, they would be allowed to study in a new classroom. However, that was not the case again when the principal announced to them to continue in that same class. That never went down well wth the whole class. That afternoon, the all met on the issue and resolved to stay away from school for a day as a way of expressing their displeasure. The next morning, President Hincley said that he could not stay at home because his parents would ask him why. He could not go to school, as that will amount to betrayal. He could not go to the club for fear that he would be arrested. He decided to wander all the day on the streets. The next day, as they returned to school, the principal, Mr Sterns was already at the gate to send them back home, with the condition that their parents sign an undertaken of good conduct before re-admission. When his father heard of the development, he gave him a stinking rebuke and wrote to the principal, which reads thus Dear Mr sterns, graciously permit Gordons absence from school yesterday. His action was simply an impulse to follow the crowd. That letter and the entire event gave Boy Hinckley a big experience that he resolved from henceforth tha he will never again follow the crowd. Dear friend, what a principle i would suggest that you follow today and always. Do not do things just because others are doing so. Do not say because others are saying it. Always take a pulse to think of the implication before joining in an action. Avoid being part of any bandwagon. Those who have always followed the crowd have severally landed into prison or trouble. To be successful, you must learn to drive alone when everyone is sharing a steering. Avoing being part of that riot or that violent act. Do not be part of that rape, robbery, cultism, gangsterism and any other disapproving arrangement. Do not sign that document, impeachment, suspension or removal simply because others are doing doing so. Ask yourself questions before taking part. Try to know the implications first. The implications may not be now but later. It may equally not be later but now. However, identify its implications first. Mind you, whatever you sow, that you must read.Make proper use of your time today and i assure you that you will richly blessed. Wishing u a splendid day ahead.
