INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRY TEST FOR FCPS-II TRAINING COURSES, ACADEMIC SESSION JANUARY 2015 The Venue of Entry Test Examination shall be Postgraduate Medical Centre, Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan. No candidate shall be allowed for the Entry Test without ADMIT SLIP and CNIC in original. Please familiarize yourself with your seat number. Please note that the Computer based Entry Test Examination will be consisting of 50 SBQs clinical oriented from Medicine & Allied Sciences or surgical and allied sciences or general dentistry or gynae/obs as per candidate submission of form and time allowed for this examination is 90 minutes. Letter of selections will be issued on merit basis and as per available slots. Schedule of Examination is as under: Name of Examination FCPS-II MEDICINE AND ALLIED 22.01.2015 (Thursday) Reporting time 08:30am General dentistry On 22 .01.2015 Reporting time 10.30 am FCPS-II SURGICAL AND ALLIED 22.01.2015 Reporting time 12:30 pm Personal belongings will not be allowed in examination hall along with cell phone. Books, manuscript, loose paper or data of any kind will not be allowed in examination Hall. Candidates are required to report to the Postgraduate Medical Centre (PGMC) LUMHS, Jamshoro as per reporting time. No candidate will be allowed after given time. Demonstration will be given on computer based entry test before starting the examination. No candidate will be allowed after the start of the demonstration of the entry test. No conversation is allowed in the examination hall. In-service successful/ selected candidates must produce their permission/NOC/ deputation from their employer before joining training, failing which these candidates will not be allowed to join.
